Page one of the application has a checklist. Be sure to complete every section of the document. Applicants will not be added to the waitlist until the application is fully complete.
If the application is complete, and all documents are received, we are required to run a background check.
If the application is not complete, we will reach out to the applicant with directions to complete the missing / incomplete documents.
If the background check is approved, you will be put on a list for the unit size you qualify for. We will contact you when a unit becomes available. This may take several weeks to several months.
